Named last season as chamber ensemble in residence at Wigmore Hall in London, the celebrated Nash Ensemble is a familiar and always welcome presence at the Mozartfest. In this programme, Dvorák’s exhilarating String Sextet and an early, unfinished work by Borodin for the same forces are framed by Haydn’s most famous piano trio, with its gypsy-style finale, and Brahms’s passionate C minor Piano Quartet.
