Recently hailed as “among the world’s great chamber groups”, the Nash Ensemble is a regular and popular contributor to the Mozartfest’s programmes. This year’s characteristically generous concert includes a Mozart trio of unsurpassed balance and grace, and a celebrated Schubert quartet movement of subtle perfection, alongside two magnificent Romantic quintets for piano and strings, showing Schumann at his most dramatic and Dvořák at his most genially melodious.
